SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining and increasing sales volume with each of your assigned accounts while maintaining gross profit at expected levels in a telesales environment.  Other responsibilities include growing your account base by garnering new customers for DHPI.  You will be selling dental supplies, dental equipment and general office supplies to mainly dental professionals nationwide.
 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
 
Perform sales calls to clients identified on an account prospect list. Some accounts are actively purchasing from DHPI but the majority being inactive or lost accounts.
 
Conduct cold calls to dental offices and create interest in DHPI on a daily basis.
 
80 dial attempts are required per day until a set sales level is reached.
 
Expected hours 45+
 
Provide price information, samples and other services per customer request.
 
Establish a regular and penetrative call schedule with existing customers and prospects using Outlook Task Manager.
 
Sell DHPI products and services.
 
Service client needs such as returns and credits.
 
Show increases in sales volume and client base prescribed by the established goals and review with the Sales Manager on a monthly basis.
 
Required to maintain an average of three hours of telephone time per day until such time the monthly sales volume is in excess of $40,000.00 per month. 
 
Complete online product training routinely and comprehend the differences of comparable SKU’s.
 
Compiles data on equipment and supplies preferred by customers.
 
Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares order forms for orders obtained.
 
Attend tradeshows upon the request of the Sales Manager.
 
All other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY
Maintains and installs dental equipment in offices and clinics. Maintain parts inventory for van and bill accounts for services provided. Grow service business through cold calling new accounts.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
 
Provide shop and office repairs of equipment.
 
Apply vehicle PM maintenance program to your van.
 
Maintain van parts inventory within a strict variance on a quarterly basis as required by company policies and procedures.
 
Handle both regular and emergency service calls.
 
Schedule service calls and installments, and keep service calendar (schedule) current at all times.
 
Perform pre-installation spotting of utilities with trades’ people.
 
Installation of equipment in the customer's office.
 
Support Sales force with the solicitation of new business as well as develop new business through Cold Calling.
 
A minimum of one day per week scheduled for Cold Calling.
 
Co-travel with merchandise and equipment reps when requested.
 
Co-travel with other service techs as directed.
 
Provide verbal and/or email confirmation, per company policies and procedures, to all reps when leads are received.
 
Submit all work orders daily.
 
Submit all parts orders through systems provided.
 
Assist in trade show set up and tear down when requested.
 
Actively participate in annual training programs held by manufactures and company, required for maintaining current certifications.
                                                              
Loading, transferring, removing and/or placement of dental equipment as needed on repairs, installs, trading shows and/or branch locations
                                               
Submit Monthly Expense Reports and/or Credit Card Statements within the timeframe required by company policies and procedures.
 
Additional Expectations:
1-30 days (shadowing mentor/trainer)
31-60 (shadowing mentor/trainer and other techs - doing a bench repair – cold calls)
61-90 (part time on your own – service and cold calling)
91 day graduation
 
After 90 days needs to develop own customers (i.e. DHPI customers)
 
Fill out a weekly report for the first 90 days (probation period)
1) What you did daily
2) Accomplishments
3) Areas of frustration
4) Where you feel you stand (month to date) to go out on your own
 
You will be tested at the end of each 30 day cycle (filling out reports-ordering parts-completing service call form-inventory-procedure on cold call-clean up after install) before moving to next stage/level of training.
